Makeup and Hairy Styling

1. Deposit paid for the Bridal Package Booking is neither refundable, change of booking date nor transferable, nor it can be used to purchase other services.
   
2. Cash rebate will be offered if confirm the service with 50% of total fee paid in cash as deposit on the same day.
   
3. Well prepared before MUA’s arrival (facial, table setting & proper dressing in the morning and be punctual for the pre-banquet session etc.), otherwise, waiting charge will be applied at $100 for every 15 min interval.
   
4. Prepare a mirror under sufficient white or natural lighting.
   
5. Do not wear overhead T-shirt or jumper before makeup.
   
6. All makeup services (except Bridal Makeup) do not include re-touch service.
   
7. All value-added makeup services should be booked in advance or with prior consent by the bride.
   
8. All tools and cosmetic from JustGracy Styling are for MUA’s use ONLY.
   
9. Please settle the outstanding payment before last makeup session by cash (i.e. before the banquet makeup).

Accessory Rental

1. Style of rental accessory cannot be changed after confirmation by payment. However, if the accessory is unavailable (e.g. due to damage or loss caused by another customer before your booking), you are entitled to a refund of fee or replaced by another accessory.
   
2. Deposit paid by the client for renting or borrowing accessory will be refunded subject to the returning of the items in good condition.
   
3. Customer is expected to take good care of the borrowed item(s).Deposit for any item which was damaged, contaminated or lost will not be refunded.
   
4. Extended rental or borrowing will be subject to an administration charge of HKD200 per piece per day.
5. Accessories should be return by 3pm　, otherwise will be treated as extension of rental.
   
6. Avoid hair spray and perfume on all accessories.
   
7. We provide the courier service at free of charge for clients. Client should bear the responsibility of the lost or damage through the courier process.
   
8. If return accessory(ies) by courier, please get them ready by 10 a.m. for pick up.We reserve the right to charge you the courier fee if the courier is unable to pick up from you.Rental extension charge may also apply.
